GSR Registration Form

The Group Service Representative (GSR) represents a group at the area assembly.

Individual members may be elected to one or more GSR positions, but only have a single vote at the area assembly.

To register a GSR with the ISO, each group must submit the following form.

Because groups are autonomous, each group must submit their own form.

Please complete the following form and submit to the ISO.

GSR & Meeting Information

Some groups do not publish their meeting location to the internet. Information provided on this form DOES NOT change that agreement. We use the group information from this form to associate a GSR with the group they represent so we need, at minimum, enough information to identify your group.

Duties of a Group Service Representative (GSR):

• Receive information from the ISO about important matters affecting groups and the fellowship as a whole and communicate with group members about ISO matters.
• Relay your group conscience to the Conference Steering Committee or other ISO entities.
• Participate, when possible, in informational meetings of the Conference Steering Committee.
• If requested, vote electronically on matters relating to the ISO.
• Represent your group at area assembly meetings (after areas are established).
• Participate to the extent possible in forming ISO areas.
